This class is for students who are ready to expand their practice beyond the beginners level class. It will build on the fundamental principles and practices of yoga in a supportive and welcoming environment.
During the session, you will be guided through a series of gentle yoga poses and sequences, designed to enhance flexibility, strength, and balance. We will also explore various breathing techniques (pranayama) to promote relaxation and mindfulness.

This class is for students who are new to yoga, those coming back to yoga and would like a refresher, or regular students who would like to refine their yoga techniques.
These classes will focus on the foundations of yoga practice at a comfortable and approachable pace, including developing an understanding of key yoga poses, breathing techniques and meditation practices.

Calmer Kids Yoga also assists them greatly with with physical and mental well-being. Let your child shine and rise above the pressures of the here and now.
